THE DJ HANGOUT / VERIFIED EVENT BACKGROUND
An established New York electronic duo makes a Maine stop
The Knocks bring their electronic music to Aura in Portland, Maine, on November 6, 2026. The venue and Ticketmaster separately list the date, the 18+ restriction and the performing artist, making this a more fully documented booking than an anonymous nightclub calendar entry.
The duo consists of James Patterson and Ben Ruttner. Their published performance history spans live electronic shows and DJ sets, while the sound draws from house, disco and dance-pop. The specific technical format of this Portland appearance is not announced, so it should not be mislabeled as a DJ-only show.
The venue lists 7 p.m. doors and an 8 p.m. scheduled show. The stage-time details for any support acts have not been independently verified. The artist name opens an internal DJ Hangout profile; the only external action on this event page is the official Ticketmaster purchase listing.
