A high chart position is not automatically better for every DJ, and a low position is not automatically bad. The Hangout should explain what the signal means instead of turning popularity into a quality score.
More people already know it. Strong recognition can make a record easier to program into a room.
Heavy exposure can mean the audience has heard it many times already.
Lower visibility can mean discovery value: a strong record your crowd may not know yet.
Less data also means less evidence. A low rank is not automatically a hidden gem.
