The Canterbury garage sound lands in a Chicago room made for bass.
MPH’s January 29, 2027 booking is at Cermak Hall, not the main Radius room, with 10 p.m. doors.
STORY 01
Why a UK garage producer is worth hearing here
MPH is the artist name of UK producer Myles Fairbairn. His releases across Night Bass and other dance labels explore quick drum programming, weighty basslines and the space between UK garage, bassline and house. Published albums include 132.00FM, Refraction and Substance.
STORY 02
What is confirmed
The authorized AXS event record specifies Friday January 29 at Cermak Hall, 640 West Cermak Road, Chicago, with 10 p.m. doors and an 18+ admission rule. This event runs the same night Levity is at Navy Pier, but they are separate shows in separate venues with different tickets.
Last editorial verification: October 16, 2026. Lineups, set times and sales status can change. No speculative future performers have been added.
Artist spotlight: Myles Fairbairn makes the kind of UK garage that rewards listening to the drums as closely as the bassline. Performing as MPH, the Canterbury producer has worked across Highly Swung, Crucast and Night Bass, releasing 132.00FM in 2023 and Refraction in 2024. His 2025 record Substance extended his work into an album format. He brings that garage-and-bassline focus to Cermak Hall in Chicago on January 29, 2027, a room and date confirmed by the venue’s official AXS ticketing page. This is a documented U.S. tour stop, not an American hometown claim.
