THE DJ HANGOUT / VERIFIED EVENT BACKGROUND
Montana brings house, techno and heavy bass into the same mountain gathering
Lovers and Lunatics is planned for Falcon’s Roost, a rural mountain-arts site off Fern Creek Road near Frenchtown, Montana. The independent festival is explicitly organized around electronic dance music, bringing the “Lovers” house and techno side of the scene together with the heavier bass-music “Lunatics.” Other genres may also appear, so the listing is described as an electronic-inclusive mixed festival rather than claiming every set is electronic.
The organizer’s main website advertises July 8–11, 2027, while the event-specific ticket checkout lists general admission from Friday July 9 at 11 a.m. through Sunday July 11. The ticket seller also describes paid gate-only early arrivals on Wednesday and Thursday. These dates do not establish separate Wednesday or Thursday electronic DJ performances or a full artist-by-artist stage schedule.
The official event notes stress local Montana electronic production teams, stage design, sound systems, campsite conduct and respect for fellow attendees. Ticket options include general admission and camping, but attendees should verify their purchased arrival day: camping and early entry are not automatically the same product. No individual 2027 artist names have yet been verified for inclusion on The DJ Hangout.
