CHAPTER 01
The artist and musical direction
Zebbler Encanti Experience, often shortened to ZEE, is an audiovisual electronic collaboration between visual artist Peter Zebbler Berdovsky and electronic producer Ben Encanti Cantil. The duo has a combined identity, not a solo DJ who also uses a projector. Both the visual and audio elements are central to the performance.
CHAPTER 02
Key releases and connections
Their show uses synchronized psychedelic bass music and projection mapping on customized screens. Gravitas documents Zebbler’s prior visual work with Shpongle and EOTO as well as contributions involving Infected Mushroom, reflecting expertise that predates the partnership’s recordings.
CHAPTER 03
Listening and live context
The label catalog includes Id.Entity, Inner G, Syncorswim and compilation work. These records provide another way to understand the project when a full mapped stage is unavailable. For venue operators and DJs, ZEE demonstrates why event descriptions should distinguish an audiovisual performance from an ordinary DJ set, because the technical and creative requirements can be very different.
