CHAPTER 01
A musical path through the region
Sama’ Abdulhadi emerged from the Palestinian electronic music community and developed her approach while spending time around the club culture of Beirut. Her artist biography describes a foundation in music education and a practice of weaving sounds recorded in everyday life into her production work.
Her approach is percussive and high-energy, but the most interesting detail is its progression: the shape of a set matters alongside the individual tracks. Her work is part of a larger history of electronic music made by artists whose home scenes rarely get equal space in mainstream festival coverage.
CHAPTER 02
The performance that traveled
Abdulhadi performed at Fusion Festival and Sziget in 2018. A Boiler Room performance recorded in Palestine was a pivotal introduction to international audiences, making her DJing visible far beyond the people present at the original event.
That attention was not the beginning of the story, but it accelerated the scale of her touring career. It is also a reminder that a recorded performance can introduce viewers to both a musician and a scene.
CHAPTER 03
A Paris night with room to develop
Rex Club scheduled Sama’ Abdulhadi for an all-night-long set on Friday, October 23, 2026. The organizer’s event page identifies techno as the musical focus, with doors at 11:59 p.m. and programming through 7 a.m.
The booking is a specific Paris appearance, not evidence that every artist on the program is a local resident. The DJ Hangout keeps that distinction clear while connecting international artists to the cities where they are performing.
