THE DJ HANGOUT / ARTIST PROFILE

Orenda

Orenda is an electronic project developed by producer Trevor from the San Francisco Bay Area’s underground bass scene. His Gravitas biography describes a return to electronic music education and a desire to combine the rhythm of West Coast bass with world-influenced instrumental ideas. The label catalog includes Reverie and the five-track Temple EP. These releases move between forceful low frequencies and calmer, more spacious passages, with songs such as Unbound, Eclipse, Sanctum and Nightfall showing how the sequencing can guide a listener from one level of intensity to another.
