THE DJ HANGOUT / ARTIST PROFILE

House Gospel Choir

House Gospel Choir is a London-based collective bringing live gospel vocals into house, garage and electronic dance music. Founder and creative director Natalie Maddix brought singers together through a shared love of house music and gospel, creating a crossover between dancefloor production and choral harmonies. The venue Soul Mama Islington lists two Sunday performances for November 8 and December 20, 2026, each with separate midday and afternoon sittings. Ticketmaster also lists a December 5, 2026 concert at Hackney Church. These are performances of house-gospel music, not blanket declarations that every venue, dance party or audience is a Christian religious event.
