THE DJ HANGOUT / ARTIST PROFILE

EpiQsoul

Johannesburg has enough club music to fill a record bag several times over, and EpiQsoul is one of the producers working inside that ecosystem. On his own Mixcloud page, Mxolisi Ngcebetsha describes discovering music in 2005 and pursuing DJing in 2008. The archive includes a deep-tech-house mix recorded for a bedroom-DJ competition. His profile also describes local and international support slots, although individual bookings need further verification. This is a Johannesburg artist's own documented musical starting point, not a claim that competition titles automatically make someone famous.
